Vårdkasen was built in 1958 with the help of Västanfjärd´s well-known volunteer forces and has since served as a gathering place for parties, weddings, theatre and other events and is constantly in active use.
Premises and equipment
The hall is optimal for events with 70–100 guests. Approximately 100 dining guests can be seated comfortably in the hall while there is still free floor space available. In addition to the hall there is a serving room that further increases the capacity by 20–30 seats. Vårdkasen has a functional kitchen including, among other things, utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses, coffee cups and side plates. The serving room next to the kitchen functions efficiently for food service and is separated from the hall.
The stage enables the arrangement of theatre performances and concerts. On the second floor there are lounge areas that are particularly suitable for children. Vårdkasen has toilet facilities for persons with reduced mobility and space for child care.
The premises are well maintained and fresh. The interior is modest which allows for styling according to one’s own wishes.
Vårdkasen has a fibre connection and Wi-Fi. In total

The entire Vårdkasen can be rented for €100 per day.
