Vesterlid, by the sea in the middle of the village
Vesterlid is the house in the middle of the village. Here, gatherings can be arranged "close to everything" right next to the sea.
Premises and equipment
Vesterlid was built in 1903 and was rebuilt in the 1970s. The house’s atmospheric hall is suitable for everything from disco events to wedding receptions. Thanks to the well-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, steam oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and utensils, it is suitable for gatherings of approximately 100 people. From the hall’s windows, you can see the shimmering Näsby Bay. The house is equipped with indoor toilets and, of course, has both hot and cold water (municipal water). There is also a spacious entrance hall and a stage with a dressing room. In the attic is the local youth gathering space, Kåjjån. Access to Kåjjån is not included when renting Vesterlid, but no activities take place there while the house is rented. Vesterlid has been heated with geothermal heating since 2024 and can be rented year-round. From Vesterlid, everything is close: accommodation options, shop, church…
We recommend keeping the guest list to a maximum of approximately 100 people for events where guests are comfortably seated at tables. Up to 120 people can be squeezed in if comfort is somewhat reduced.
Accommodation
Staying overnight on the premises is not permitted, nor is taking electricity from Vesterlid for guests staying in, for example, a motorhome. Accommodation is available in Näsby.
Price
Party weekend Friday–Sunday: 500€. Additional days and other rentals: price upon request.

Parking in the yard, approximately 15 cars.
Catering
Own catering allowed.
Cleaning
All tenants carry out basic cleaning according to the instructions in the premises (putting furniture back, washing dishes, etc.); the remaining cleaning is handled by our cleaner.

Archipelago bus - bus stop 100 m away (Harrys plan, Näsby).
