Byagården is likely undergoing renovation from 23rd June 2025 to 31st July 2026, which is why there are no available dates in the calendar during that period. You can check by phone with the contact person whether it may still be possible to rent the premises.
Byagården is the community house of Hindsby Allmogeförening, the village meeting place, located in the village of Hindsby in the municipality of Sipoo.
Premises and equipment
Byagården in Hindsby is located in a scenic natural setting, surrounded by tall spruce hedges, and is situated between Helsinki and Porvoo, approximately 30 km from the city centres of both cities. The premises are well suited for birthday celebrations, confirmations, christenings and weddings. Various types of meetings can also be arranged in the premises, or why not organise a sauna evening with billiard games in the fireplace room in the basement.
On the stage, with an adjoining backstage room, an orchestra or other performers can perform for the guests. The village of Hindsby has long been known for its beautiful nature, and Sipoonkorpi National Park is located at its closest just over 200 metres from the yard of Byagården.
A maximum of 80 people may be present in the premises at the same time.
Accommodation
Overnight stays are not allowed.
Price
Weekend Friday at 6:00 PM – Sunday at 12:00 PM (or by agreement):
450 euro
A full day, 12 hours (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM):
200 euro
A half day, 6 hours:
100 euro
Sauna:
30 euro/use for max 4 people. For more than 4 people, an additional charge of 5 euro/person is debited.
Wine, champagne, cognac, and liqueur glasses:
0.20 euro/piece
If the cleaning is not done, a cleaning surcharge of 150 euro will be charged.
Members of the association have the right to a lower rent (check with the contact person; to get a membership discount, one should have been a member for at least two years and have paid their membership fee).
Parking
There is space for approximately 20 cars.
Catering
Own catering allowed.
Cleaning
The tenant is responsible for cleaning.
Local transport
No public transport.
