The association house Runhälla is located in the scenic area of Långvik in the southern part of Kirkkonummi, no more than 35 kilometres from the centre of Helsinki. The house has a long history as a daycare, an association venue and, above all, a focal point of the village.
The oldest parts of Runhälla date back to the 19th century, while the banquet hall was built in 1914. After that, the house has been rebuilt on several occasions. The most extensive alterations were carried out during the 1950s and the 1980s. In recent years, the house has undergone extensive renovations and is in excellent condition. The dining room, kitchen, toilets and entrances to the house were renovated in 2024. The hall was repainted in 2018 in accordance with traditional colours.
The house functions excellently as a venue for various occasions such as weddings, birthday celebrations, graduation parties, family gatherings or as a meeting venue. Runhälla comfortably accommodates 120 people. For smaller events, we recommend the dining room. The rental includes the use of the kitchen with equipment, the dining room, the hall and the main banquet hall, which also includes a stage. The house is equipped with tables, chairs and tableware.
According to the rescue plan, Runhälla accommodates 120 people. 110 people with long tables.
