The venue is equipped with comfortable furniture that can easily be adapted to different needs, making it ideal for conferences, workshops and meetings where functionality and comfort are essential. For cultural events such as theatre productions and performances, there is a large stage, providing a professional experience for both the audience and the performers, and there is ample seating space available. The venue is also perfect for festive occasions such as weddings, christenings and birthday celebrations. With its elegant appearance, spacious dance floor and seating for dinners for approximately 100 people, it creates a stylish setting for all types of celebrations. In addition, there is a well-equipped kitchen, making catering and serving easy. The nature-close surroundings and the possibility to adapt the venue to a personal style add that extra touch, helping to make each event unique and memorable. According to the rescue plan, Borgvik does not have a fixed maximum capacity, but in general the space could accommodate the following: A comfortable number for seated dinners is 70–100 people. This allows sufficient space for the available tables and chairs and for free movement during the meal. A less comfortable number is up to 100–120 people. This would mean tighter seating and less space between tables, which may feel less comfortable but is still manageable for shorter events or if not everyone is seated at the same time. The venue’s own chairs and tables are sufficient for a maximum of 100 people.
