At Solhem, you can rent premises for parties and other events. Organise your event in a genuine youth association setting from the early 20th century!
Premises and equipment
The premises available for rent include the hall with stage, the buffet area and the kitchen. There is space for approximately 100 dining guests. The facilities are suitable for groups of approximately 50–150 people. The hall is 133 m2 and the buffet area is 45 m2.
Transport connections to the venue are very good: Malmi railway station is located nearby, and several bus routes from different parts of the Helsinki metropolitan area pass by the building. The venue is easy to reach by car, and there is parking space in the yard. On the opposite side of the road is, among other things, Malmi Church.

No sleeping accommodation.
Price
Weekend 690 €. Hourly rate 60 € (Saturday 65 €) per hour.
Parking
30 cars can fit with sensible parking.
Catering
Own catering allowed.
Cleaning
1.) Visitors clean up themselves and leave the premises in the same condition as upon arrival. If not, an invoice will be sent afterwards. 2.) Cleaning can be purchased from the staff.
Local transport
The train station is located 0.6 km away and the bus stop is right next to the house. Good bus connections around the capital region.
